Chemung County Clerk Linda A. Forrest asks all Chemung County residents to consider renewing your registration in person at our local License Bureau. The recently remodeled License Bureau has a drop box located outside the building, as well as an express renewal line for registration and driver's license renewals to move customers through the Bureau as quickly as possible.
