Clemens Center Parkway Community Listen Session Survey
On Monday, August 21, the Elmira-Chemung Transportation Council (ECTC) and the Chemung County Planning Department held a Listening Session & Community Focus Group at the Steele Memorial Library regarding the Clemens Center Parkway. This event allowed ECTC and the Planning Department to gather valuable insights and feedback regarding a potential grant application to study the feasibility of improving the Clemens Center Parkway in Chemung County. This potential project aims to create a more pedestrian-friendly and accessible transportation corridor, enhancing safety and quality of life for all residents and visitors.
We encourage all community members to give their feedback on the current state of the Clemens Center Parkways, and potential future improvements, by taking the following short survey. To take this survey, please click the SURVEY LINK here.
