Trained staff and volunteers help with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, prescription drug, EPIC, supplemental and long-term care policy decisions and problems. Consumers are given the necessary information to make decisions on the type and amount of health insurance they need to purchase. HIICAP also helps individuals identify and apply for Medicare benefits available to those with limited incomes.
