How to Create an Account on MYREC for future program registrations

The Chemung County Youth Bureau has a brand new registration system!
In order to register your child(ren) for future Youth Bureau programs you MUST create an account using the link below.
Please follow steps 1 & 2 PRIOR to the first day of registrations 

Creating an account does not register you for a program. You will have to sign into your created account in order to complete registration and submit payment. 

  1. Click here to Create a New Account.
  2. Once you have created your account, add members (your children) to your account. This is where you input all general and medical information.
