NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Administrative Board of the Chemung County Elmira Sewer District in Room 510 of the Hazlett Building, 203 Lake Street, 5th Floor, Elmira, New York 14901, on the 27th day of June, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. to hear any and all comments upon the proposed amendments to the Scale of Charges for the District effective retroactively January 1, 2023. The proposed amendments are attached hereto. All parties in interest and citizens will be heard by the Administrative Board at the public hearing.

NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the Chemung County Elmira Sewer District Administrative Board will be held in the Chambers of the Chemung County Legislature, 203 Lake Street, 5th Floor, Room 510, Elmira, New York 14901, on the 27th day of June, 2023 at 1:35 p.m. All citizens are welcome to attend the aforementioned Administrative Board meeting.
