The Chemung County Health Department will continue to hold on-site vaccination clinics for February 2022. Pfizer and Moderna vaccines will be offered based on availability.

All vaccines (pediatric, first doses, second doses, third doses and boosters) are available during the entirety of the clinic hours.

These clinics accept walk-ins, but pre-registration is strongly recommended to reduce your time at the clinic. Registration links can be found on www.chemungcountyny.gov/covid.
Pfizer is a two-dose vaccine 3 weeks apart for anyone age 12 and older. A parent or guardian must be present to provide consent for an individual’s 12-17 years old. Third doses and boosters are available for those that meet the criteria. A self-attestation form verifying that the patient meets the criteria must be signed on-site.
Moderna is a two-dose vaccine 4 weeks apart for anyone age 18 and older.
At this time, the J & J vaccine is not offered at Chemung County Health Department Clinics.
Please do not attend the clinic if you are sick, on isolation, or on quarantine.
The Chemung County Health Department does not ask for insurance information or charge any fee for vaccination. Make sure you drink plenty of water and eat something before you arrive at the vaccination clinic. Masks are required to be worn at all clinics.
