Information about the various polling districts in Chemung County is available online from the Board of Elections.

• You can register in person at the Chemung County Board of Elections Office.
• You can register in person at any New York State Agency-Based voter registration center.
• At the Department of Motor Vehicles, either in person or on their website, if you already have DMV-issued identification.
• You can download a PDF version of the New York State Voter Registration Form (PDF), complete it, and mail it to the Chemung County Board of Elections.
• You can call the New York State Board of Elections hotline at 1-800-FOR-VOTE or our Board of Elections at (607)735-5475 to request a voter application.
• Request a New York State Voter Registration form by mail by entering your name directly into our Voter Registration Form Request
