The Chemung County Buildings and Grounds Department announces that sign-ups for swimming lessons at the Harris Hill Pool will open on June 17, 2025. Children must be at least 6 years of age by June 30, 2025, to participate. Those interested can sign up at: www.chemungcountyny.gov (click on Parks and Rec icon and then Harris Hill Swim Lessons icon).
There is limited space for swimming lessons, therefore; registration is required. Payment is required when you register. There is an additional charge for all credit card transactions.
Early registrations will not be accepted.
The Harris Hill Pool opened on Saturday, June 14th.
There will be one 6-week session with the following choices:
Mondays and Wednesdays, June 30th – August 6th 11:10 a.m. – 11:40 a.m.
Tuesdays and Thursdays, July 1st – August 7th 11:10 a.m. – 11:40 a.m.
Swimming Lessons for Season Pass Holder (per child)
Chemung County Residents: $25
Non-County Residents: $35
Season Pass Cost:
Chemung County Residents: $40 (Individual) and $80 (Family)
Non-County Residents: $55 (Individual) and $100 (Family)
Family Pass is 2 adults, 4 children
Swimming Lessons Only (per child without a season pass)
Chemung County Resident: $60
Non-County Resident: $75
You must purchase the season pass at the same time as the swim lessons to receive the discount on-line
