The largest state park in Schuyler County, Watkins Glen State Park is over 700 acres in size and has around 5 miles in trails. There is a paved gorge trail that follows the water down in the gorge, as well as a rim trail that follows the top of the gorge and looks down upon the river. There are around 19 waterfalls that the trails move through and past, making this a wonderful park to visit at any time of the year.
