The only national forest located in New York State, Finger lakes National Forest is a huge patchwork of forested land that stretches across 16,000 acres of land to the east of Senaca Lake. There are over 30 miles of hiking trails for you to enjoy, as well as many other recreational opportunities like birdwatching and fishing to keep you occupied for many, many hours.
