Tanglewood nature center is an educational museum that boasts over 10 miles of trails and over 300 acres to explore. The Gleason Medows section of the center is the largest of the two hiking trails, with 7 trails equaling around 9 miles. A little further down the road is the Personius woods, a smaller (but no less enjoyable) set of trails that meanders through meadows and forest and along a steam. Please not that there are Timber Rattlesnakes on the property, and although they are passive and will avoid humans, they are a protected species and you should always watch your step just in case.
