Anderson Hill State Forest is a sprawling 554 acre wooded lot that was established in the 30s and reforested by the Civilian Conservation Corps from what had once been abandoned farmland. There is a 1.6 miles service road that winds its way through the forest that you can hike on, but hiking is also allowed anywhere else on the property unless otherwise marked.
