Taughannock Falls State Park is a gorgeous 750 acre state park located around 8 miles north of Ithaca. It is named after its signature falls (Taughannock Falls), a waterfall that is more than 200 feet tall! The park has picnic areas, kayak and canoe launching stations, and of course over 8 miles of hiking trails up and down the gorge for you to enjoy.
