Sims-Jennings Preserve is a recent addition to the Finger Lakes Land Trust, being added in 2021 through the purchase of 200 acres from William and Jean Sims. An additional 24 acre parcel was bought from the family of the late John Thompson near ridge road to provide safe public access. The preserve has around 2 miles of trails, and overlooks Cayuga lake from the cliff face for a spectacular view.
